Product feature update: Customizing Service Scheduler in the Request Portal

When Service Scheduler is installed in Jsm, it allows customers to book appointments with service agents directly in the request forms. This update allows project administrators to customize which request types display the scheduler.

To choose which request types will include the scheduler, go to the Jira projects' Project Settings page and select Service Scheduler near the bottom of the left-hand menu.
