Service Scheduler for JSM now supports setting a minimum and maximum lead time for scheduling enabled projects.
Minimum lead times help service agent's from getting service bookings without sufficient notice.
Maximum lead times prevent service booking beyond a certain time to make it easier to update appointment schedules without having to re-schedule appointments.
Both features are configurable at the project level, under Scheduling Configuration on the Administration page.
Theses are the first of a series of changes aimed at providing better scheduling transparency and flexibility.
