Booked appointments will appear on the agent's Service Scheduler Appointments view.
From this view, the agent can see appointment times and quickly navigate to the issue associated with the appointment, and see the customer's personal information if it is available.
Past appointments will not be editable, but future appointments can be canceled.
The customer will not directly get updates for appointment cancellations. In order to communicate scheduling changes, comment on the Jira issue.
Booked service appointments are also visible on the Jira issue view.
