Service Scheduler for JSM (Jira Service Manager) is an app for the Jira Cloud platform that enables your
customers to easily schedule their first contact with your JSM Agents based on the agent's service hours
noted in their Google Calendar.
What your users get from Service Scheduler:
Your JSM Agents
- Agents mark their service hours with calendar events, and appointment slots are
automatically
added to the service portal.
- As the agents' workday fills up with meetings and events, their availability is adjusted to
avoid double-booking. When the agent is Out Of Office, their appointment slots are
removed from the service portal.
- Booked Service appointments are automatically added in the agents' Google Calendar with
links to the related JSM ticket.
- The agents can quickly consult their service appointments from their Google Calendar or
from the Service Scheduler appointment view within JSM.
Your Customers
- As they submit their ticket in the JSM service portal, they select service appointment times
from the live availability of the agents.
- When the ticket is submitted, the appointment is booked.
That's it. It's that simple!
